Azomite Micronized Natural Trace Minerals
CLEARANCE
AZOMITE® is a 100% naturally-derived feed additive and soil re-mineralizer mined in Sanpete County, Utah, USA. For over seventy years, crop producers have used AZOMITE® to support plant growth and vitality. Typical assays reveal that the material contains a broad spectrum of over 70 minerals and trace elements.
AZOMITE® requires no mixing. It is odorless, will not burn plants and will not restrict aeration or water penetration. AZOMITE® is not manufactured or chemically prepared. It is 100% natural and completely free from additives, synthetics or fillers.
Chemically, AZOMITE® is a hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate (HSCAS) containing other minerals and trace elements which the National Research Council recognizes to be essential. HSCAS is listed in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 582.2729) as an anti-caking agent that is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA.
Azomite® Micronized Trace Minerals has the concistency of a powder, suitable for dusting or suspension in a liquid.
Flowers, plants and vegetables may all benefit from the trace minerals in AZOMITE®. Gardeners report increased germination rates, improved yield, more and brighter colored flower blossoms, an increase in resistance to pests and disease and tastier vegetables.
Higher brix readings (a measurement of the quality of the sugars and proteins in a plant's sap) have been reported in vegetables grown with AZOMITE®.

Application Guides:
Vegetable and flower gardens:
When preparing soil, customers have reported an average of 30% improvement with AZOMITE® treatment at the rate of 1/4 cup per plant. For larger areas, we recommend two 44 lb bags per acre (based on rows approximately 18" apart with plants 12" apart). If the bed is established, sprinkle around each plant. AZOMITE® should be applied with compost, humus, manures, or other fertilizers to provide additional levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. AZOMITE® will not burn plants.
For houseplants
Mix 1 teaspoon per 2 inch pot diameter with potting soil before planting. Give 1 teaspoon quarterly thereafter.
For roses
Start with 1/4 lb. to the soil around each plant and lightly till into soil.
Orchards, trees, shrubs, vine, citrus, and fruit crops:
Apply annually to all trees on ground surface under the drip line at the rate of 1 to 5 pounds, depending on the tree size. Double the application for decline or blight stricken trees. For grapes, apply 1/2 lb. to 1 lb. to the soil around each plant and lightly till into soil.
Lawn care:
A 44 pound bag will cover 12,000 to 15,000 square feet. Broadcast and then water. Apply up to 4 times per year.
Field crops:
Recommended initial application is 75 - 150 pounds per acre, followed by an annual maintenance level of half the original application. Titration studies report more AZOMITE® is better. While not justified for most field crops, certain high value crops may warrant initial application up to 2 tons per acre.
AZOMITE® is listed by the prestigious Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in certified organic production.
Also complies with US National Organic Program (USNOP) for organic use.
